So, did you guys know that I got pooped on by a bird during our engagement pictures? Yep, sure did. I'm pretty sure that I have told a couple of you this ... it seems that everyone is getting pooped on now-a-days. So, yes. It’s true. I got pooped on. My photographer laughed. Dan laughed. And then eventually I laughed. Really, really hard. Thank goodness I had two outfits.
But this post is not about bird poop. It’s about me giving in. It’s about me being a follower. It’s about finally getting to tell you all to SHUT UP already (I kid) about me getting a twitter account.

I did it.

Don’t forget the "J" in there.
"thecoffeehouse" was taken.
Imagine that. I’m a little late. Like six years late.

So, it's official. I am starting yet another thing that I have absolutely no time for. And speaking of "absolutely no" ... I have absolutely no freaking clue how to work this thing called twitter {Remember my phone? And my car?}. But at least I set it up. That's the first step, right? #nofreakingclue (look at me!).
So, just in case I break my twitter account, you can always follow me on facebook and pinterest (if this blog is just not doing it for ya).

Next up ... vlog.
Holy schnikes. I am impressing myself.

Oh but don't hold your breath on the vlog.
I have to get my hair fixed first.
Oh and work on my video voice. I HATE being filmed. Put a digital camera in my face and I will smile for hours. Maybe even do a little happy dance. Cock my head a little to one side (I'm pretty good at that). It's true ...
I love getting my picture taken.

But a real live video camera? Uh-uh. I freeze up.
So again ... don't hold your breath.

  5. I have 64 followers and following 250+ on twitter and have no clue how to use it or really the purpose of it...but the word on the street is that you MUST have twitter if you have a blog...i'm going to follow you right now and we can tweet about having no clue how to tweet-).

  21. Engagement photos are beautiful with or without bird poop...

    ...my Husband got pooped on by a seagull at the beach a couple of years ago. I laughed and laughed. I had never seen anyone get pooped on up until that point!

  22. I just followed you on Twitter. I'm only mildly excited about it. And by mildly, I mean I'm sort of stalker-ish and super excited! I've been pooped on a bird twice in my life and am anticipating impending doom for the third time. If I keep tanning on my roof top deck it will happen. Birds have nearly swooped into my legs on several occasions so the poop is surely to follow.

  24. I loooove Twitter! I think you actually get to know bloggers a bit better on there because sometimes people just put such random stuff about themselves. It's cool though.

    I've started doing them on mine, only on the first of every month though! I do hate filming them, but watching them back is far worse, I cringe at my voice aagggh!

  44. Your engagement photos are gorgeous. I love your hair that length. As for bird poop. Been there, done that. In junior high, everyone got pooped on by seagulls. It became the most common excuse for being late to class. As long as the poop doesn't land in your hair, it can be something to laugh about.

    As for twitter, you are way more advanced than me. I don't even have a facebook. :/
