sherman and a shoe

Guys, it's been 12 days since I've posted a picture of Sherman on my blog.
12! Why didn't you say something?
I know you just had to be missing him terribly.
Jack's been stealing all the thunder around here lately. Poor Sherm.
But, Sherman is happy again. Because we're back to waking up at 5am (weekends included ... I could have punched him in the face Saturday morning).
And we're back to taking long walks together.
And we're back to picking up random objects to carry home with us.
Remember the double whammy he found about a month ago?
Well, I think this trumps the double.
A shoe. A real live shoe.
Now I just need to have him find the other one.
I think they might just be Dan's size.

Oh and it was raining on our walk. I don't just pour water on my dog's head.
Unless he's acting up. And then I do.

  18. Harlow is at the grandparents house until June 14th. I am going crazy. Whoever convinced me this "would be good for Harlow" is nuts. I have no one to talk to all day, and when I drop food I actually have to pick it up now.

  26. I mentioned the lack of Sherman. I missed his chocolate lab-ness.

Do you think maybe Sherman hoards because he's lonely when you and Dan are working? Maybe we should call the pet shrink and have them work their shrinky-dinky goodness.

  30. Hahaha, I always love your posts. It's fun to laugh and laugh is what you make me do. (That sounds weird, pretend it doesn't.) Sherm is a pretty boy, I'm glad you only pour water on him when he really deserves it.

  36. you should really teach him how to steal things important. like other peoples wallets. become a millionaire. i would do it. if you do, you will now need to share a percentage with me for the idea. your welcome.

  37. I love that he picks up random things...too funny. My Floyd has been into eating random things lately...like Wendy's fries followed up by an after dinner Sonic mint.

Excepts he has an underwear fetish. He loves to sneak into our room and drag my hubby's underwear from the laundry and walk around holding them in his mouth. He's very naughty. :)
