dan+tiff

I have been known to joke around about Dan and I’s relationship. I make fun of our date nights (yes, we’ve only had one that comes to mind, but still).
I give him a hard time about cutting his hair in the front lawn on a bucket and wearing Rambo bandanas. And I ignore him when he tries to ask me trivia questions on road trips.
But, I truly do love the boy.

And after spending 11 hours in a car with him + two hours on a plane with him + hours upon hours on a boat with him… I was reminded once again just how much fun the two of us have together.
Dan is hilarious. And crazy.
And he makes me laugh and do crazy things.
I’m not sure if other people think he’s funny, or if it’s just me. But it doesn’t matter. Anyone who can make me laugh every single day is the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. And it's a good thing, since we're married and all.
Speaking of our married life together, I’m talking a little bit more about our love for one another (and looooong dating ritual) over HERE today. It’s this fellow blogger’s anniversary week. Yes, she gets a whole week.
So, go on over and tell her Happy Anny … she deserves it.

Muuuuah.

Goodness, I am feeling rather lovable today. This is odd.

  8. You are lovable everyday... *awwww* Ahem. Done with that sap. Seriously, though, I love that your relationship is based on laughter, fun, and, it sounds like, reality- we're the same way, which is why we have to sensor our talks when family is around (not everyone understands our brand of sarcasm!). Yay for great trips together! Have a great weekend!

  13. what a sweet post. i love reading about people who are happy with their relationships. in a world where marriage isn't always taken seriously or gets a bad rap it makes my heart sing when i find other people who think their partners are the bees knees.

  14. i know what you mean about not being sure if the world finds your husband as funny as you do. i often find myself gasping for air while our friends are just raising their eyebrows.

    whatever.

  15. Cute post :)
You have to stop and remember the little stuff sometimes like being able to have fun together and being reminded that you can spend hours with this person and never get bored of their company. After our honeymoon (10 days of non-stop togetherness)I still didn't want my husband to return to work that first Monday and I missed him all day.
Hope you guys have a great weekend :)
